  • Directly from you, when you place an order, join the Sensory Club, create an account, or contact us.

  • From our service providers, such as Shopify, our payment providers and our shipping partners, when they process information on our behalf.
  • From advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, where you have allowed them to share information with us.

  • To run the store and fulfil your orders, including processing payments, arranging shipping, sending order and delivery updates, and handling replacements and refunds.
  • To run the Sensory Club, including sending you first access to new products, restocks and member offers, and, if you have given us your birthday, a birthday offer.
